Think of it GADOT is committing that much money to a project in one city.&nbsp; Usually, a city has to match 20 percent of the money for a project like this.&nbsp; That is also not the case!I am exceedingly grateful that we are getting this project.There are those who are advocating for an overpass and underpass.
